Vol. 164 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - St. Kevin's Hospital: Visiting Hours.

asked the Minister for Health if, in order to facilitate relatives of persons who are sick in St. Kevin's Hospital, he will recommend to the authorities concerned that visiting hours, at present confined to approximately three hours per week, be extended to permit more frequent visits to such persons.

The extension of the visiting hours at St. Kevin's Hospital is a question for the Dublin Board of Assistance. I understand that the board has not received any complaints as to the inadequacy or unsuitability of the existing visiting hours but that it will be prepared to consider any representations which may be made in the matter.
