I would invite the Deputy's attention to my reply to a similar question addressed to me in this House on the 19th June last.
Unfortunately, so far, the pressure of other public business has prevented the detailed consideration by the Government which this matter requires. We have, however, recently had a preliminary general discussion on the nature of the problem, and I hope now actively to pursue the matter to some definite conclusion.
The amount of public business brought to the Dáil does not show much pressure.
