The quantity of creamery butter produced in the period from 1st January, 1957, to 31st October, 1957, was 897,900 cwt. The total quantity of milk supplied to creameries in the same period was 266,994,900 gallons.
Might I ask the Minister for Agriculture whether that constitutes a record for all time?
