SECTION 5.

I move amendment No. 1:—

In sub-section (1), paragraph (iii), before sub-paragraph (f) to insert: "(f) as a tourist court, or".

SECTION 7.

Amendment No. 2 in the name of Deputy T. Byrne has been ruled out of order on the grounds that it is not relevant to the subject matter of the Bill.

I move amendment No. 3:—

In page 4, line 21, before "by" to insert "in the same register".

An earlier section provides that where the board opposes an application for a registration or renewal of registration that application cannot be renewed for nine months. We are also taking into consideration the fact that the people making such an application may wish to be entered on the register of guest-houses and the effect of this amendment is that where an application for registration as a hotel has been refused or cancelled the people making the application can make application for registration for a guest-house without any delay.
