I move:—
That for the purpose of any Act of the present session to give effect to an agreement between the Government and the Government of the United States of America for the establishment of a scholarship exchange scheme and the utilisation for that purpose of the American Grant Counterpart Special Account, and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid it is expedient to authorise—
(1) the payment to An Bord Scoláireachtaí Cómalairte out of the Counterpart Special Account, as defined in such Act, of a sum of £500,000; and
(2) the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred by the Minister for External Affairs in providing accommodation and secretarial services in accordance with the provisions of such Act.
