(2) go bhfuilim tar éis sannadh na Roinne Poist agus Telegrafa do Niall Bléine d'fhorceannadh agus an Roinn sin a shannadh do Sheán Mac Urmhúmhain.
I am explaining to the Dáil that I duly informed the President of the Dáil's approval of my nomination of Deputy John Ormonde to be a member of the Government and that he was appointed accordingly by the President. The assignment of the Department of Posts and Telegraphs to Deputy Neal Blaney has been terminated and I have assigned that Department to Deputy John Ormonde.
