I would remind the Deputy that a special postage stamp was issued in 1946 to mark the birth centenaries of Charles Stewart Parnell and Michael Davitt. The issue of a further special stamp in honour of Parnell, unrelated to any significant anniversary date in his career, would not be appropriate.
