Vol. 166 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Larkhill School Accommodation.

asked the Minister for Education if he is aware of complaints in relation to accommodation at Larkhill schools, and that parents have been informed that they may have to wait 12 months to have their children enorlled in the junior grade; and what steps he intends to take in the matter.

A complaint has been made to me that some childern have been unable to secure admission to schools in Larkhill. I am having the matter investigated.

Recent figures of average attendance in the Larkhill schools appear to indicate that there is accommodation for many additional pupils in these schools.
