Vol. 167 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Wicklow Post Office and Telephone Exchange.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if there are any proposals under consideration in his Department for the erection of a post office and telephone exchange in Wicklow town; and, if so, when work is likely to commence.

Arrangements are in hand for the provision of a new post office and telephone exchange in Wicklow and contract drawings are now being prepared by the Office of Public Works. It is expected that work on the new buildings will commence next year.
