Vol. 167 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Ballyduff (Kerry) Water Supply.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that the Kerry County Council decided some years ago to provide the village of Ballyduff, Tralee, with a new water supply; and, if so, if he will now state the cause of the delay in providing the water supply, and when work is likely to commence.

I am informed that the acquisition of a wayleave and right of way required for the Ballyduff water supply scheme has not yet been completed, but that all other rights necessary have been secured by the county council and that they hope to be in a position to commence the scheme in the near future.
