Vol. 167 No. 11

Written Answers. - Payment for Tipperary Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands why the Land Commission have not paid Mr. Patrick O'Meara for the lands at Ballyscanlon, Coolbawn, Nenagh.

The statutory requirements regarding discharge of title have not yet been fully complied with on behalf of the owner. As far as the Land Commission are concerned, there will be no avoidable delay in concluding the matter.
