asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission are prepared to inspect with a view to acquisition (a) the 160 acre untenanted farm at Dunisky, Lissarda, County Cork, owned by Mr. J. Kelleher, Shandangan House, Killinardrish, County Cork, and (b) the 70 acre untenanted farm at Coolduve, Lissarda, owned by Mr. D. Mullane, Crossmahon House, Lissarda.

The Land Commission considered the Kelleher estate three years ago and then decided to take no action in the matter of acquisition. As regards the Mullane estate, if the Land Commission decide to inspect the property, this decision must in the first instance be conveyed to the owner.
