Vol. 170 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Fees or Emoluments of Directors of Certain Companies.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether there has been any alteration in the fees or emoluments payable since the 20th March, 1958, to any director of any such board or company as is mentioned in a reply by him of 12th June, 1958; and, if so, if he will state full particulars thereof.

The answer is in the negative except that in the case of Dundalk Engineering Works, Limited, a proposal of the board to make a special payment of £1,000 in respect of the chairman for extra services, as provided for in paragraph 78 of the company's articles of association, for the six months ended 31st March, 1958, has been sanctioned.
