Vol. 170 No. 6

Motion for Late Sitting.

I move:—

That the Dáil sit later than 11 p.m. to-day and that the motion for the Adjournment be taken not later than 11.30 p.m.

Agreed and ordered accordingly.

Can the Ceann Comhairle give us some reason why the first motion on page 442 of the Order Paper is dated? It is the first time I have seen that happen. Is there any particular reason for it? It is dated for to-morrow.

It is dated for the next sitting day, according to Standing Orders.

That is to-day?

It is Private Members' time.

A perfectly good reason.
