asked the Taoiseach if he will introduce legislation towards the amendment of Article 12 of the Constitution so as to reduce the number of nominators required for a citizen to stand for the office of President of Ireland.

asked the Taoiseach if he will introduce legislation towards the amendment of Article 16 of the Constitution so as to allow citizens of 18 years the right to vote, in view of the fact that such persons are held responsible in law for their actions and may be subject to conscription and the death penalty.
