asked the Minister for Finance if in view of the fact that the arrival-side of the mail boat pier at Dún Laoghaire is open to and exposed to the weather and that men on duty on the pier during the winter months, particularly at night and early morning, suffer severely from such exposure, steps will be taken to have provided a suitable shelter such as is already available on the departure side of the pier.
