Vol. 172 No. 4

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper in the following order: Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 6. Private Members' business will be taken at 9 o'clock.

Could a copy of the map not be exhibited at the various ports?

I did not say anything about a map.

The Minister for External Affairs did.

Before we begin the ordinary business, is the Taoiseach in a position to make any announcement about his candidature for the Presidency?

Oh, that has been decided.

Are we not to get any news about it?

On the Order of Business, might I inquire if there is a Bill coming along to deal with the Industrial Credit Corporation? I think I saw a suggestion that one was coming.

There is a Bill? In that case, I shall defer the argument I was making earlier until it comes along.

The Minister for Finance announced, when we were discussing milk prices, that he would bring in, about the middle of January, a Supplementary Estimate of £500,000 for the subsidisation of butter for export. Would the Minister have anything to say on that on the Order of Business?

It is not the middle of January yet.
