asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state separately for each county council the number of pensionable servants on the local registers on the 1st April, 1958, and the names of the county councils which have not yet adopted Part III of the Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1956.

The Donegal, Leitrim, Roscommon and Sligo County Councils have not adopted Part III of the Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1956. As indicated in the reply given to the Deputy on 28th January, 1959, information regarding the number of servants whose names are entered on the Register of Pensionable Servants of each local authority is being obtained. I shall communicate with the Deputy when the information has been received.
