asked the Minister for Health if he will state in respect of a recent period the health service contribution collected by each health authority from persons in the middle income group under section 15 of the Health Act, 1953, and the total amount collected.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to circulate it with the Official Report.
