Vol. 175 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Limerick Housing Scheme.

21.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he has received proposals for a housing scheme at Carey's Road, Limerick; and when he hopes to give a decision in the matter.

Revised plans for a scheme of 78 houses at Upper Carey's Road were received in my Department from Limerick Corporation on the 7th instant. The Corporation were informed on the 14th instant that the plans were generally in order but they were also advised to give careful consideration to certain aspects of the plans which appeared likely to have an adverse effect on the efforts to secure substantial economies in the cost of the scheme.
