Institution of Civil Engineers of Ireland (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1959—Message from the Seanad.

Seanad Éireann has passed the following resolution in which the concurrence of Dáil Éireann is desired:—

That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Institution of Civil Engineers of Ireland (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1959, being a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Charter under which the Institution of Civil Engineers of Ireland is incorporated so as to extend the objects of the Institution and to alter the provisions relating to the membership of the Council thereof.

I move:—

That Dáil Éireann concurs with Seanad Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Dáil Éireann on the 10th day of June, 1959, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Institution of Civil Engineers of Ireland (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1959.
