Issue of Writs—Dublin South (West), Meath and Clare By-Elections.

Go n-ordóidh an Ceann Comhairle do Chléireach na Dála a Rit a chur amach chun comhalta a thoghadh chun an folúntas a líonadh a tharla i gcomhaltas na Dala seo de dheasca an Teachta Bearnárd de Buitléir, comhalta do Dháilcheantar Buirge Bhaile Átha Cliath Theas (Thiar), d'fháil bháis.

I move:—

That the Ceann Comhairle direct the Clerk of the Dáil to issue his Writ for the election of a member to fill the vacancy which has occurred in the membership of the present Dáil consequent on the death of Deputy Bernard Butler, a member for the Borough Constituency of Dublin South (West).

That the Ceann Comhairle direct the Clerk of the Dáil to issue his Writ for the election of a member to fill the vacancy which has occurred in the membership of the present Dáil consequent on the death of Deputy James Griffin, a member for the County Constituency of Meath.

That the Ceann Comhairle direct the Clerk of the Dáil to issue his Writ for the election of a member to fill the vacancy which has occurred in the membership of the present Dáil consequent on the vacating of his seat by Deputy Éamon de Valera, a member for the County Constituency of Clare.
