asked the Minister for Lands when the Molloy Estate, Farney Castle, Thurles, County Tipperary, will be divided amongst the deserving applicants of that area.

It is not yet possible to indicate when this estate comprising some 350 acres will be allotted but there will be no avoidable delay. Extensive local enquiries must be undertaken before allotment proposals can be formulated.

41.

asked the Minister for Lands when the land acquired by the Land Commission on the Whitfield Estate, Moderleney, Cloughjordan, County Tipperary, will be divided.

Proceedings were instituted by the Land Commission in August last for acquisition of part of this estate. These proceedings are continuing but it is not yet possible to indicate if or when possession will be obtained.
