I expect to introduce in the New Year a Bill implementing the decisions of the Government in relation to recommendations in the Report on Rent Control.
The recommendations in the Commission's Report on Reversionary Leases were dealt with in the Landlord and Tenant (Reversionary Leases) Act, 1958.
