I want to know what the Minister has to say.
All I have to say is that I think the House would be doing me a favour in giving me all Stages now. We are on the Final Stage. All I am asking for is all Stages now. I asked for all Stages last week but the Deputy did not see his way to giving them then. I am making the request that the House give me all Stages now.
I wanted to know if the Minister wanted the Fifth Stage.
The Minister is asking for the Fifth Stage.
