It is proposed to take No. 4. It is also proposed to interrupt business at noon to conclude the debate on motion No. 13—Private Members' Business—and to resume the order at 1 o'clock, or on the conclusion of the debate on motion No. 13.

The mover of the Private Members' motion will be allowed a quarter of an hour to conclude. It is proposed to call on the Taoiseach at 4 p.m. to conclude the Adjournment Debate.
