The following companies which were included in my statement on 20th January, 1959, are now omitted from the compilation of the price index number of ordinary stocks and shares:

Cairnes Ltd.,
Irish Shoes Supplies (1946) Ltd.,
Springs Ltd.,
Watson (Joshua) & Co. Ltd.
The companies which are now included in the compilation but which were not included in my statement on 20th January, 1959 are:—
