Vol. 179 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Knocknagree (Cork) New School.

45.

asked the Minister for Education when the proposed new school will be erected at Knocknagree, County Cork.

The arrangements for the erection of the proposed new school at Knocknagree are in the hands of the Commissioners of Public Works. Some difficulties have arisen in connection with the proposed entension of the public water supply and sewerage system to serve the new school. It is understood that these matters are at present receiving the attention of the Commissioners and of the Cork Co. Council. I cannot say therefore when the proposed new school will be erected but it is hoped to have the further arrangements preliminary to the invitation of tenders completed without undue delay.
