Vol. 179 No. 6

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 6 and 3 and in No. 3, Votes 37, 54 and 64. It is proposed to interrupt business at 1.30 p.m. to take No. 3 and to resume the debate on No. 6 after Questions or earlier, should No. 3 conclude. Questions will be taken at 3 p.m.

I think I should mention at this stage that, if necessary, after next week, the Dáil will meet three days weekly.

That is to say, Tuesday, 8th March?

And it will be Tuesday and Wednesday, 3 p.m. to 10.30 p.m., and Thursday, 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless there is a holiday?

The intention still remains to issue the Book of Estimates on Saturday week, 5th March?

I understand the Minister for Finance expects to fulfil his promise in that regard.

And we shall take the Vote on Account on the following Wednesday, not the following Tuesday? It is usual to let it run until the Wednesday.

Yes; that is so.
