Written Answer. - Male Hired Labour Units on Farms.

asked the Taoiseach if he will give details of male hired labour units on farms, as revealed in the National Farm Survey, in expansion of a reply of 17th June, 1958, and in similar form (Table 2) under the following heads, viz., (1) size group, (2) no hired labour, (3) less than 0.5, (4) 0.51 to 1.00, (5) 1.01 to 2.00, (6) 2.01 to 3.00, (7) 3.01 to 4.00 and (8) over 4.00.

Particulars of the frequency distribution of Survey farms according to the number of male hired labour units in the 1955/56 National Farm Survey are given in the following table under the headings asked for by the Deputy:
