Vol. 180 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Survey of East Limerick Rivers.

11.

asked the Minister for Finance when it is proposed to undertake the survey of the Rivers Morning Star and Camogue, East Limerick, under the Arterial Drainage Act, 1945; and if he is aware that the continuous flooding of these rivers has seriously depreciated the value of adjoining dairy farms.

These rivers are in the Maigue catchment area. As I indicated in reply to a question on 24th February, 1960, it is hoped to commence a survey of that catchment within the next twelve months or so.
