I presume the Deputy has in mind the scheme of scholarships to which reference was first made and which was announced in my speech to the House on 21st October last.
Details of that scheme of scholarships are now being worked out. While I am at present unable to state when I will be in a position to announce these details I can assure the Deputy that there will be no avoidable delay in doing so.
