Might I ask the Minister if it is a fact that one of the holders of an export licence has been convicted of diesel oil offences in the local district court and fined £1,000? Does the Minister not take a serious view of that?

That is a separate question.

If the Deputy addresses a Parliamentary Question to me on that matter, I shall provide him with the answer.

Might I ask the Minister if it is a fact that one of the persons so convicted was a director of the Donegal Peat Development Company with the Minister for Local Government when he was a director?

That is a separate question.

I have not been asked that question and I do not know the information.

The Minister does not know it? He should.

Will the Deputy give me an opportunity later?

I accept that invitation most graciously.
