Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper in the following order: Nos. 3, 9 (Votes 28 and 65), 10, and back to 9 (Vote 43). If not already reached, it is proposed to interrupt business at 1.30 p.m. to take No. 9 (Vote 43) and when that is completed, to resume the order. Questions will be taken at 3 o'clock.

May I ask the Taoiseach what is the position in regard to Item No. 1 on the Order Paper, the motion which we passed, and which I understand the Seanad has now passed?

The Dáil has now been notified that the Seanad has passed this motion. The Committee of Selection will now nominate the members.

The next procedure is that the Government——

We have to ask the Committee of Selection to nominate the members.
