As I pointed out in my reply of the 16th July last, there is no prospect of my being able to proceed with amending legislation until I have disposed of a number of other urgent legislative measures. These measures have not yet been disposed of and I can give no firm assurance as to when I shall be able to proceed with legislation to amend the Registration of Title Acts.
