Vol. 181 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Freight Charges in Dingle Peninsula.

20.

asked the Minister for Transport and Power if he is aware of the great dissatisfaction in the Dingle peninsula over the disparity of the freight charges made by Córas Iompair Éireann in that area compared to other parts of the country; if the Company have completed their consideration of the matter; and, if so, with what result.

I am advised by Córas Iompair Éireann that they have considered this matter and that they are prepared to enter into "package deals" which they feel should offer a satisfactory solution.
