The amount paid by the Wexford County Council under the Disabled Persons (Maintenance Allowances) Regulations 1954, was £24,860 during the year ended 31st March, 1957, £24,097 during the year ended 31st March, 1958, £23,429 during the year ended 31st March, 1959, and £25,372 during the year ended 31st March, 1960.
