I should like to know whether it would be in order with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to raise on the adjournment a matter of urgent public importance concerning the telephone service in Dublin city and county which appears at present to be incapable of handling the heavy volume of traffic through the Central Telephone Exchange.
I shall consider the matter and communicate with the Deputy. I should like to have a statement from the Deputy on the matter so that I may know what I have to consider.
