Vol. 183 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Legan (Donegal) National School: Delivery of Letters.

9.

asked the Minister for Education if he is aware that postal delivery to Legan national school, Inver, County Donegal, is made at 8.45 a.m. before the school opens and when there is no one in attendance to take delivery of letters; and, if so, if he will make arrangements for the installation of a letter receiving box in the said school premises forthwith.

I feel that with local co-operation the problem raised by the Deputy could be solved without having to provide a special letter receiving box in the school premises. If, however, a solution cannot be found except through providing a letter box I consider that such should be provided from local sources.
