Can the Minister give us any indication of the approximate date on which he proposes to circulate the Bill?
I could not give an approximate date but it will be during the Recess.
Perhaps the Minister would be able to look to the matter so that reasonable time will be made available?
I think the drafting is practically completed. It will be available very shortly.
