No; what I said is that Gaeltarra Éireann do not issue half-yearly accounts.
I did not ask whether they are issued but what they are.
I am not prepared to ask Gaeltarra Éireann for accounts which they do not issue.
Is it not a fact that they have these accounts?
It may or may not be that they have, but I am not prepared to ask them to issue accounts which they are not in the habit of issuing in the normal common practice of trade.
