No pension scheme for the staff of the Dublin District Milk Board has come before my Department for approval. Such a scheme would require statutory authority for its establishment and proposals for such legislation have been under discussion between the Minister for Agriculture and myself. It is hoped to reach final agreement and to proceed with the drafting of the legislation without undue delay.
