Whilst there are no current proceedings for acquisition of further lands on this estate, certain dealings, affecting part of the property, are pending between the Land Commission and the owners but, for the present, these dealings must be treated as confidential. The Deputy is, no doubt, aware that in recent years the Land Commission have taken over upwards of 1,000 acres on this estate.
