Land (Regulation of Acquisition) Bill, 1961—First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment of a register to be kept by the Land Commission for the registration of particulars relating to dealings in land by certain persons, to prescribe such particulars as aforesaid, to define the persons to furnish such particulars and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.—(Deputy Dillon.)
