25.

asked the Taoiseach if he will give particulars of fatal and non-fatal cases reported under the Workmen's Compensation Acts for a recent year (during which the Act of 1955 was in operation) in the form of a reply of 14th January, 1959.

The following tables include for the year 1958 the particulars asked for by the Deputy:
