asked the Minister for Agriculture (1) if the former Agricultural Wages Board for Ireland made any order prescribing daily overtime rates after a certain number of hours had been worked on any day; (2) the appropriate statutory authority under which any such order was made; and (3) if the same statutory powers are contained in the Agricultural Wages Act, 1936, and, if not, if he will indicate the appropriate former statutory provisions which were not re-enacted in 1936.
