"Go ndéanfar, de bhun Buan-Ordú Uimh. 123, an Coiste um Chuntais Phoiblí a cheapadh, agus gurb é an Coiste Roghnóireachta a ainmneoidh comhaltaí an Choiste;
Go mbeidh sé de chumhacht ag an gCoiste fios a chur ar dhaoine, ar pháipéir agus ar thaifid;
Go ndéanfar na Cuntais Leithreasa, maille le Tuarascáil an Ard-Reachtaire Cuntas agus Ciste i gcóir na bliana dar críoch an 31 Márta, 1961, a chur chun an Choiste chun iad a scrúdú agus tuarascáil a thabhairt.
That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 123, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed, and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection;
That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records;
That the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General for the year ended 31st March, 1961, be referred to the Committee for examination and report."
