Vol. 190 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Treaty of Rome: Customs Duties.

24.

asked the Minister for Finance whether there are any, and, if so, what, duties or quotas on the articles specified in each of the lists A to G respectively referred to in Articles 19 and 20 of the Treaty of Rome; and if he will state which, if any, of them exceed the limits specified in Article 19.3 and 4 of such Treaty.

I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to take Questions 22, 23 and 24 together.

Information on the matters referred to in these questions will be provided in the White Paper which, as the Taoiseach announced today, is being prepared for publication.
