Written Answer. - Curragh Lands: Sheep Claims.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state (1) the area of the Curragh "blue,""green" and "brown" lands respectively as now existing and as proposed in the Bill now before the Oireachtas; and (2) the total number of sheep claims over such lands.

*47 acres of the Green Lands have been absorbed in connection with the provision of an ammunition magazine; 13 acres have been absorbed as a Recreation Area attached to the Internment Camp; and "squaring-off" the boundary of the Brown Lands will account for the remaining 39 acres.

2. The total number of sheep claims over the lands is 7,957.
