Details on the lines requested by the Deputy are not available in my Department in respect of particular areas of the Dublin Corporation's housing estate. The range of rents throughout the estate varies from 2/6d. (minimum) and 12/6d. (maximum) a week for one-roomed flats to 10/- (minimum) and 40/- (maximum) a week for six-roomed flats or cottages. Information is not available in my Department as to the numbers of tenants paying the minimum and the maximum rents.
